The economic and financial situation of a company brings us information about its evolution and tendency, so as to conclude in an evaluation about the current economic and financial situation, and the possibilities and capacity to face his past obligations and to confront new projects. 

On the basis of the results obtained from the study, we will be able, partly, to corroborate the Strategic Plan of the company, or to make specific it and to adapt it to the new circumstances. 

Thus, in ASTRON CONSULTORES, we think that an economic and financial study will have to be the result of a detailed analysis of the company, that contributes quantitative and qualitative information to us - in which degree does the economic and financial situation affect the rest of the fields of action of the company (commercial, production, HHRR, etc). 

Our methodology of work consists of: 

1. Patrimonial Analysis;  quantitative and qualitative analysis of the patrimony through the balance sheet, for which we will study the economic structure (fixed assets, working capital), the financial structure (equity, short and long term creditors…). 
2. Financial Analysis;  applying a series of financial ratios we obtain data about if the company has been able to face its obligations and it is done in an efficient way. 
3. Economic Analysis;  study of the evolution and the obtained results, the revenues as well as the expenses. 
4. Financial and economic report;  on the basis of the analysis carried out, a series of measures be proposed aimed at improving the economic and financial situation of the company.
