Every project or business target requires a previous Plan and a Diagnosis process that describes the situation in which we are, where we want to go, and how and with what human and economic resources we are going to count on.
Our aim is to know the competitive capacity of the company, based on the actual business environment in general, and on the reality of its market and its sector of activity. For this purpose we will use the following work methodology:
- Interchange of the data necessary to know the objective situation and circumstances that surround the company.
- Internal analysis of the company, its activity, the areas of work, products and market.
- Analysis of the environment in which the company operates, the economic situation, etc.
- Positioning of the company within its own market, definition of the advantages or disadvantages regarding the competitors, clients and suppliers.
- Definition of the action line or improvement based on the targets previously established
